Senior Product Manager- Member Experience

Vida Health is seeking a Senior Product Manager, Member Experience to own the day-to-day execution and ongoing improvement of our member-facing product. You'll drive engagement, retention, and health outcomes for hundreds of thousands of members across Vida's clinical and behavioral programs. This role sits within Vida's Member Experience team, which owns the full consumer journey — from onboarding through long-term engagement and retention. Reporting to the Director, Member Experience, you'll partner closely with engineering, design, data science, and clinical teams to ship high-impact product improvements, while also helping lay the groundwork for Vida's next-generation personalized experience. This is a high-autonomy IC role. You'll balance near-term execution — improving core features, running experiments, reducing friction — with contributing to longer-term Vida 2.0 vision work. The ideal candidate is a strong executor who can drive results in the current product while thinking strategically about where the experience needs to go next.
