About the Team The Growth Marketing (GM) organization is responsible for enabling all things related to sustainable and efficient marketing traffic, conversion, retention, and growth at Coupang. We are one of the largest performance advertisers in the World and have invested in a full funnel marketing tech stack powered through 9+ platforms across areas. Growth Product is the product management arm of Growth Marketing and is supported by the dedicated Growth Engineering, Data Science and Analytics team within the larger GM org. Role Overview In this senior individual contributor role, you will lead the product strategy and roadmap for the Coupang Partners Influencer Program . You will define how influencers discover products, create content, track performance, and optimize earnings. You will be responsible for building and scaling: Influencer onboarding and activation flows Content-to-commerce conversion experiences Attribution, tracking, and performance measurement Monetization mechanics and incentive design AI-powered tools for content creation, selection, and optimization This role requires a strong product mindset, analytical rigor, and the ability to operate in ambiguity. You will lead through influence, working closely with cross-functional stakeholders to deliver impactful outcomes without direct authority. What we are looking for 5–8+ years of product management experience in e-commerce, ad tech, or creator platforms Experience building and launching customer-facing digital products Proven track record of launching and scaling 0→1 products Strong understanding of performance marketing, affiliate, or influencer ecosystems Data-driven mindset with experience in experimentation and metrics definition Ability to work deeply with technical teams on complex systems and tradeoffs Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience Business fluency in English and Korean Recruitment Process and Others Recruitment Process Application Review - 1st Virtual Interview - 2nd Virtual Interview - Offer The exact nature of the recruitment process may vary according to the specific job and may be changed due to scheduling or other circumstances.
