Perform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance to minimize equipment downtime, maximize production efficiency, and maintain compliance with safety and quality standards. Responsibilities include troubleshooting, repairing, calibrating, installing, and maintaining industrial machinery and facility systems while supporting continuous improvement initiatives. **ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:** *Reasonable accommodation may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.* - Comply with all requirements of the Quality Management System (QMS) and follow established policies, procedures, and work instructions. - Notify management of any actual or potential deviations from documented processes, quality standards, or safety requirements. - Install, test, commission, and support the startup of new or relocated production equipment. - Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and electromechanical systems on production equipment. - Perform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance on production equipment, machinery, and facility systems. - Troubleshoot equipment failures and determine root causes to minimize downtime and prevent recurrence. - Inspect production equipment and facility systems to identify maintenance needs and potential failures. - Develop, execute, and continuously improve preventive maintenance (PM) schedules to maximize equipment reliability and extend asset life. - Perform equipment calibration and replace worn or defective components as required. - Complete basic facility maintenance and building repairs as needed. - Perform Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) procedures in accordance with OSHA regulations, company policies, and established safety practices. - Maintain accurate, complete, and timely maintena…
