Your leadership will foster professional growth and development while overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of technology projects that help us achieve our long-term goals. ### Responsibilities - Participate and lead solution design sessions as appropriate - Identifies the flexibility, speed of implementation, quality, scalability, supportability, and cost of ownership of the solutions being implemented. - Becomes familiar with the entire BA Digital Eco systems and Data to help leverage and extend that landscape to meet business and technical objectives. - Keeps current on technology trends both in the industry and with the applications deployed in the landscape, including researching, and implementing new and/or alternate technologies that will further business goals and provide competitive advantages. - Create detailed business process maps to document the architecture decisions; communicates specifications to technical architects, developers, contractors, and business sponsors in a directly actionable, clear and unambiguous manner. - Collaborates with Enterprise Architect Team to review solution design, any new implementation or introduction of new technology to ensure compliance with standards. ### Qualifications **YOU MUST HAVE** - Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field. - Minimum 5 years of overall IT experience. - Minimum 3 years of technical and functional experience in integrating SAP ERP, SFDC and CPQ. - Experience in leading technical solutions related to content management and digital asset management systems along with global rollouts across various geographical regions and languages. - Experience in working within an Agile/SCRUM development model. **WE VALUE** - Strong presentation communication (written and verbal) skills, and interpersonal skills. - Ability to juggle and prioritize multiple tasks within a collaborative team environment. - Demonstrates flexibility and willingness to do what it takes to get the job done. - Relevant industry certifications such as PMP, ScrumMaster, or similar. - Demonstrated success in driving digital transformation and strategic IT initiatives. - Strong project portfolio management skills. - A passion for staying current with emerging industry trends and best practices. **BENEFITS OF WORKING FOR HONEYWELL** In addition to a performance-driven salary, cutting-edge work, and developing solutions side-by-side with dedicated experts in their fields, Honeywell employees are eligible for a comprehensive benefits package.
