Security Manager

**Job Summary**: The Security Manager is responsible for the overall leadership, strategy, and daily operations of the Gaming Security department, ensuring the safety, security, and well-being of guests, team members, and company assets. This role leads through a balanced approach of operational oversight, team development, and culture-building, ensuring consistent delivery of safety and service standards across the property. The Security Manager partners closely with leaders across departments and external agencies to maintain compliance, mitigate risk, and create a secure, service-focused environment.
