Seasonal DC Associate

## Overview The Seasonal Distribution Center Associate is responsible for the care and movement of merchandise into and out of the distribution center in an efficient and accurate manner. Unloading, sorting, and staging inbound and outbound shipments. Movement of merchandise from picking areas to outbound staging for shipment. Ensure facility cleanliness is maintained daily. Ensure all safety policies and procedures are being followed and safety hazards are addressed immediately. Reporting of products of non-conforming due to bad location, quality issues and/or inaccurate quantity in a location. Escalate performance or conduct issues to the Manager when they arise. Must complete assigned tasks in a timely manner. Other duties as assigned. ## Requirements Previous experience in distribution and warehouse operations a plus. Strong communication skills. General computer skills. Ability to work with WMS applications and RF Scanners. Ability to handle job stress and interact effectively with others in the workplace. Ability to carry out detailed written and oral instructions. Ability to work independently with little-to-no supervision. The shift will be Monday-Friday, 7:00am-4:00pm starting. During our busy time, the schedule will permanently change to Thursday-Monday, 7:00am-4:00pm. Overtime will be mandatory at certain times throughout the year. Prolonged periods of standing. Must be able to push, pull, and lift up to 50 lbs. *with or without reasonable accommodations*.
