*Sales Representative (Exempt)* We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Representative who will be responsible for driving sales growth, building strong relationships with key clients, and promoting our extensive range of food and beverage products. **Responsibilities:** Client Relationship Management: - Work directly with key contact persons of the company, customers, and clients to promote products, participate in trade shows, conduct demonstrations, and manage other special projects. - Conduct regular weekly meetings with partners to ensure alignment and drive sales initiatives. - Act as a liaison between the distributor and retail stores, conducting shelf checks and surveys as required. Market Research and Strategy: - Conduct market research through store visits, trade publications, trade shows, and web monitoring to stay informed of industry trends. - Utilize sales data analysis to propose and implement effective sales strategies that align with market trends and customer needs.
