Sales Closer - Base Salary + Commission

If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and excel at turning prospects into satisfied clients, this position is perfect for you! **Responsibilities** - Engage with prospective clients through outside sales efforts, building rapport and understanding their renovation or construction needs. - Conduct product demos and showcase lighting solutions, layout designs, and remodeling options to clients. - Negotiate terms confidently, upselling additional services or products to maximize sales opportunities. - Manage account relationships by providing ongoing support, ensuring customer satisfaction, and fostering repeat business. - Collaborate with internal teams on marketing strategies and merchandising initiatives to attract new clients. - Utilize CAD or SketchUp tools for layout design presentations that meet client specifications. - Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and stock levels using POS systems and retail math principles. **Qualifications** - Proven experience in marketing sales, high-end sales, or fast pace sales environments with a focus on closing high value contracts. - Strong negotiation skills paired with excellent communication. - Demonstrated ability to upsell products and services while maintaining exceptional customer service standards. - Organizational skills to manage multiple accounts and coordinate product demos efficiently.
