## 13-Week Contract Home Health Registered Nurse (RN) **Serving Dorchester, Charleston & Berkeley Counties, SC** **$40.00/hour | Weekly Pay | Mileage Reimbursement** Interim HealthCare is seeking an experienced **Home Health Registered Nurse (RN)** for a **13-week contract assignment** serving patients throughout Dorchester, Charleston, and Berkeley Counties. As the nation's first home care company, Interim HealthCare is committed to delivering exceptional patient care while supporting our clinicians with strong leadership, work-life balance, and a collaborative culture. ### What You'll Do: As a 13-Week Contract Home Health RN, you will: - Complete comprehensive patient assessments and ongoing evaluations. - Develop, implement, and update individualized plans of care in collaboration with patients, caregivers, and the interdisciplinary team. - Provide skilled nursing care as ordered by the physician. - Educate patients and families on disease management, medications, and health maintenance. - Perform preventative and rehabilitative nursing interventions. - Coordinate care with physicians and other healthcare professionals. - Monitor patient progress and communicate changes in condition promptly. - Supervise home health aides and other paraprofessional staff as appropriate. - Participate in Quality Assessment and Performance Improvement (QAPI) activities. - Complete accurate and timely clinical documentation. - Maintain HIPAA compliance and protect patient confidentiality. ### Contract Benefits: - **$40.00 per hour** - Weekly Pay - Mileage Reimbursement - One-on-One Patient Care - Flexible Daytime Schedule - Insperity Perks, including: - Earned Wage Access - Banking & Card Member Discounts - Cashback Rewards - Employee Discount Programs ### Qualifications: - Current South Carolina RN license or Compact RN License. - Graduate of an accredited school of nursing. - **Minimum one (1) year of recent Home Health experience required.** - **Minimum three (3) years of RN experience preferred.** - Ability to step into an active caseload with minimal orientation. - Strong assessment, clinical decision-making, and communication skills. - Proficient with electronic documentation and computer applications. - Current CPR certification. - Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and proof of auto insurance.
