Assists in completion of all omni fulfillment processes, including: Ship From Store 9SFS), Buy Online Pickup in Stor(e BOPIS), and Curbside pick-up. - Participate in Loss Prevention procedures related to Omni-Channel processes; assist in completing daily FedEx Box Count Audits according to company Inventory Control and Loss Prevention standards. - Fulfill the company-defined customer experience by completing all processes according to our service level standards. - Adhere to established policies and procedures related to safety, loss prevention and standard operating procedures. Maintains confidentiality of all Company information. - Create an inclusive store environment where everyone (teammates and customers) feels welcome, safe, and is treated with respect. - Take an all-hands-on-deck approach to support the team across the store. - Perform other tasks as assigned by management. **TEAMMATE TRAITS:** Our traits set the bar as to what great teammates look like. Here are the traits we look for in our store teammates: - Ensures Accountability - Customer-Focus - Collaborative - Instills Trust - Decision-Quality/Decision-Making Abilities - Action-Oriented **QUALIFICATIONS:** - Prior retail sales, operations, maintenance, or customer-focused experience preferred - Ability to stand, bend, stoop, reach, push, pull and lift up 15 to 35 lbs. items repetitively (up to 25 times per hour). - Ability to work extended periods of time (up to 4 hours) standing or walking. Ability to work at heights greater than 4 feet with use of a ladder, aerial lifting device, or platform. - Ability to perform repetitive motions for short periods of time (up to 2 hours continuously).
