LV Petroleum is searching for Restaurant Team Members (Cashiers & Kitchen) to join their ICONIC Miss J's Cafe inside of our bustling travel center. WALK-IN INTERVIEWS: Held weekdays from 11am - 4pm inside our travel center located at 1021 Poplar St, Wellsville, KS. **Job Summary** A Miss J's Cafe Team Member provides friendly, fast, and accurate service while preparing quality food and maintaining a clean and welcoming restaurant environment. Key Responsibilities - Greet guests warmly and take orders with a positive attitude - Ensure guests receive correct, high-quality orders promptly - Handle cash, card, and mobile transactions accurately using a POS system - Address customer questions or concerns professionally - Cook and assemble food orders following Miss J's recipes and standards - Prepare beverages including root beer floats and soft drinks - Follow food safety and cleanliness procedures - Maintain a clean work environment in kitchen, dining, and restroom areas - Restock supplies, condiments, and packaging materials as needed - Perform opening, mid-shift, or closing duties as assigned - Work with fellow team members to ensure efficient restaurant operations - Communicate effectively with managers and coworkers - Be willing to assist in other tasks or roles when necessary - Competitive hourly pay and no waiting forever for your first paycheck.
