Job Summary Rivia Mind is expanding our distinguished Psychiatry team (8+) and is seeking a Board-Eligible or Board-Certified Psychiatrist who values clinical excellence and comprehensive patient care. As a physician-founded practice, we understand the importance of creating an environment where psychiatrists can practice meaningfully, supported by a robust operational infrastructure. Joining our practice as a Staff Psychiatrist offers the opportunity to work in a collaborative, growth-oriented community with the potential to advance into Supervisory and Leadership roles. You'll work within our multi-disciplinary team of 160+ mental health professionals while maintaining the decision-making authority essential to psychiatric practice.
