Job Summary Rivia Mind is expanding our distinguished Psychiatry team (8+) and is seeking a Board-Eligible or Board-Certified Psychiatrist who values clinical excellence and comprehensive patient care. As a physician-founded practice, we understand the importance of creating an environment where psychiatrists can practice meaningfully, supported by a robust operational infrastructure. Joining our practice as a Staff Psychiatrist offers the opportunity to work in a collaborative, growth-oriented community with the potential to advance into Supervisory and Leadership roles. You'll work within our multi-disciplinary team of 160+ mental health professionals while maintaining the decision-making authority essential to psychiatric practice. Anticipated Start Date: Fall 2026, or Winter 2027 # of Openings: 2 Job Responsibilities & Qualifications Patient Care (70%) Provide services to a diverse demographic of patients with an average caseload of 50 patients per week / around 8-12 per day (Caseload numbers may vary based on clinical judgment, patient needs, etc.).
