Position Available We offer part-time and full-time opportunities for independently licensed, bilingual (English/Spanish) therapists (LCSW, LMHC, LMFT, LPC, or equivalent) on a flexible, fee-for-service basis. Responsibilities As a bilingual licensed therapist at Sailor Health, you will: - Deliver high-quality, evidence-based psychotherapy to Spanish-speaking older adults in a virtual setting - Conduct therapy sessions fluently in Spanish, meeting patients in their language and cultural context - Design personalized treatment plans to meet the unique needs of each patient - Work independently while being part of a collaborative, supportive care team - Manage documentation efficiently using our streamlined EMR and AI documentation tools - Participate in regular (paid) case consultations & clinical leadership meetings Who Thrives at Sailor Bilingual clinicians who are mission-aligned and passionate about serving older adults.
