Replies within 24 hours **Benefits:** - 401(k) matching - Competitive salary - Flexible schedule **JOB DESCRIPTION** - We're looking for a per-diem nurse - This is a key position to ensure the agency is compliant with NJ Board of Nursing regulations and our Accreditation status. **QUALIFICATIONS** - Graduate of an accredited school of professional nursing. BSN, PHN preferred. - Current license as a Registered Nurse inNJ. - Licensed driver with automobile insured in accordance with state and/or Agency requirements and in good repair. Good driving record. - Current CPR certification. **RESPONSIBILITIES** - Performing comprehensive initial assessments of client status, including physical, psychosocial, and environmental parameters. - Developing an individualized plan of care for each client with client input. - Providing interventions with a focus on achieving realistic client outcomes. - Conducting client reassessments and follow up visits. - Maintaining compliant client records showing systematic assessments, planning interventions, and evaluations. - Provide training, delegation, supervision and support to our staff of caregivers. - Address any issues with respect to clients and or caregivers that may arise.
