We are seeking a confident and experienced Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) who is passionate about serving the community in a high-quality Denti-Cal based private practice. This office also accepts PPO and private insurance, creating a balanced and steady patient flow. The ideal candidate is a true team player with strong clinical knowledge, excellent work ethic, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced back-office environment. ### Key Characteristics • Disciplined • Resilient • Persistent • Conscientious • Flexible • High Integrity ### Clinical Responsibilities The RDA must be proficient in: • Four-handed dentistry • Fabrication of temporary crowns • Operatory setup and breakdown • Infection control and OSHA compliance • Digital X-rays Experience assisting with: • Cosmetic procedures • Crown & Bridge • Extractions • Implant placement (including restoration) • Root canal therapy • Pulpotomy • Composite restorations • Partial & complete dentures • Screw-retained fixed dentures • Invisalign ### Culture of the Practice This is a stable, team-oriented, and detail-driven environment.
