Build Businesses. Drive Results.** At Morton Dental Group, we believe exceptional patient care begins with exceptional leadership. We're looking for a Regional Manager who knows how to build high-performing leaders—not someone who simply manages day-to-day operations. This position is responsible for leading multiple dental practices across our North Nashville region by developing Office Managers, partnering with doctors, driving business performance, and creating a culture of accountability, operational excellence, and continuous improvement. What You'll Do As Regional Manager, you will: ● Lead, coach, and develop multiple Office Managers across your assigned region. ● Partner with doctors to improve production, profitability, patient experience, and operational performance. ● Drive accountability for regional KPIs, financial performance, and business growth. ● Analyze business metrics and identify opportunities to improve operational performance. ● Coach leaders through difficult conversations, performance management, and employee development. ● Build leadership capability and succession plans throughout the region. ● Partner with Human Resources on recruiting, employee relations, and talent development. ● Ensure company policies, operational standards, and leadership expectations are consistently executed. ● Foster a culture built on accountability, professionalism, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
