Recruiting Lead About Duet : Duet is on a mission to transform primary care by empowering nurse practitioners (NPs) to own and operate their practices. By providing NPs with tailored products and services within a supportive setting, Duet is building the nation’s largest network of NP-owned practices, driving better outcomes for patients and communities. About the Role We're hiring a Recruiter to own talent acquisition across all of Duet. This is a foundational role at a company growing fast — you'll build and run the systems that bring great people in and set them up to succeed. You'll own end-to-end recruiting across every function, and support a handful of core people operations tasks as we scale. This is a hands-on role for someone who wants to do real work, not manage a team that does it. What You'll Do Recruiting - Own full-cycle recruiting across all functions — clinical, operations, business development, technology, and everything in between - Partner with hiring managers to define roles, build pipelines, and close strong candidates quickly - Manage our ATS and keep hiring data clean, accurate, and useful - Coordinate external search partners for senior or specialized searches when needed - Represent Duet's brand and values at every touchpoint of the candidate experience People Operations - Manage our PEO, including onboarding new hires, so everyone starts strong - Own day-to-day HR processes: PTO, leaves, employee relations, policy questions, and compliance - Maintain accurate records in our HRIS and ensure we're running clean processes as we scale What We're Looking For - 5+ years in recruiting, ideally at a high-growth startup, with some exposure to people operations or HR generalist work - You've done it all: sourced candidates, closed offers, run onboarding, and handled the occasional HR question - Strong executor — you don't wait to be told what to do, and you follow through - Organized and detail-oriented without being slow; you can manage competing priorities without dropping things - Clear, direct communicator who earns trust with candidates, employees, and leaders alike - Someone who wants to grow — this role will expand as Duet does, and we want someone who's excited about that The salary range for this role is $120,000 - $140,000 plus equity. This role is hybrid in NYC.
