Job Summary of a Property Manager Managing and overseeing overall operations of the property, including maintenance and office functions. Regularly communicating with residents, prospects, and vendors. Effectively leading the property team to ensure efficient property operations on all levels. Responsible for managing cost control and revenue programs, developing annual operating budgets, and developing strategic sales and marketing plans.
