The ideal candidate will have over 20 years of experience managing enterprise programs, with a proven track record in vendor governance, negotiations, and third-party oversight. \*\*Key Responsibilities:\*\* - Manage large-scale enterprise programs, leading cross-functional teams of 20–50+ members. - Oversee vendor relationships and ensure effective contract management. - Implement risk management strategies, audits, and ensure regulatory compliance. - Manage budgets of up to $40M, ensuring financial performance aligns with project goals. - Utilize Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid delivery models to drive project success. - Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables. - Provide regular updates to senior leadership on project status, risks, and milestones. \*\*Qualifications:\*\* - 20+ years of experience in project management within banking and financial services. - Extensive experience in vendor governance and contract management. - Strong knowledge of risk management, audits, and regulatory compliance. - Proven ability to lead large cross-functional teams and manage substantial budgets. - PMP certification is preferred. - Familiarity with Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid delivery methodologies. - Open to working in an onsite/hybrid environment.
