Responsibilities include drafting project documents, coordinating institutional approvals, monitoring spending plans, supporting technical and programmatic reviews, and assisting with the collection, analysis, and reporting of project and study data. You will collaborate with Principal Investigators (PIs) and project leads while performing key administrative functions, including obtaining and maintaining applicable IRB, HRPO, IACUC, IBC, and MOU/data-sharing agreements, as well as maintaining audit trails to ensure protocol compliance. **You Must Have:** - Must be a US Citizen and be able to pass a security background check - Bachelor's degree in science, technology, engineering, or mathematics, with 1-2 years of experience in a scientific, analytical, or research setting. - Demonstrate the ability to organize, manage, and perform projects related to ongoing programmatic efforts. - Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills. - Proficiency with standard information technology, including Microsoft software programs such as Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, and Access. **Nice to Have:** - Possess exceptionally high capacity for working autonomously and performing assigned tasks with minimal supervision. - Possess demonstrated competency and effectiveness in working with inter-professional teams. - Possess experience and familiarity with logistics and equipment management within a technical or medical environment. **Tasks Responsibilities:** - Identify problems or inconsistencies, monitor project progress, document and report adverse events, and recommend corrective actions. - Assist in preparing amendments to protocols and/or modifications to study designs as appropriate. - Schedule meetings, coordinate with subject matter experts, conduct literature reviews, and manage document clearances per Scientific and Technical Information (STINFO) regulations. - Assist in drafting, preparing, and/or editing scholarly publications, including abstracts, posters, technical reports, manuscripts, and slide presentations. - Create and maintain project documents, management spreadsheets…
