Schedules surgery procedures using Epic/ Excel 2. Procedure aftercare/recovery education to patients 3. Strong focus on patient care and communication 4. Appointment scheduling for procedures and follow up appointments 5. Appointment tracking using multiple computer systems/ programs 6. Patient tracking and follow up post procedure documentation 7. Data entry and telephone communication documentation 8. Answers the phones in a professional and courteous manner 9. Communicating with pre-op nurses for upcoming cases 10. Screening documentation for conservative care surgical requirements 11. Review information on Epic and task a message and/or route the call to the appropriate personnel. 12. Assisting within the office as needed 13. Traveling to all other locations when needed 14. Assisting in clinic as needed 15. Achieve and maintain performance consistent with requirements for productivity, quality, and service levels 16. Develop and maintain productive team-oriented relationships through individual contacts and group meetings 17. Communicates with other team members in clinical and clerical areas to provide a successful patient centered practice. 18.
