Our transformation team engages across many types of transformation, including commercial model, marketing, clinical excellence, medical affairs, analytics, and technology. **What you'll do:** - Build and nurture senior level client relationships. - Collaborate with senior leaders and partner across functions to align strategy, culture, and execution. - Lead large scale client business development and deliver engagements in the Pharmaceutical and/or Medical Technology sectors. - Develop offerings and ideas that deliver high client impact. - Be an industry thought leader. - Grow teams who can effectively solve unstructured problems and engage in high value conversations with client leaders. - Effectively lead and motivate teams with diverse skills and backgrounds. - Foster an innovative and inclusive team-oriented work environment. - Integrate within our values driven culture as a team player. - Remain current on new developments in advisory services capabilities and industry knowledge. **What you'll bring** **:** - Prior experience with one or more areas including strategic vision articulation, organization design, capability development, talent strategy, change enablement, and transformation orchestration. - Experience guiding complex, global change initiatives that deliver measurable business and people impact. - Demonstrated experience in developing and applying frameworks in a pragmatic, data-driven way to drive adoption and sustain outcomes. - Record of shaping offerings, leading go-to-market efforts, and growing client relationships. - Bachelor's degree with an emphasis in Business or Life Sciences. - MBA or Advanced Degree is highly desirable. - 15+ years’ experience in life science industry management consulting. - 5+ years’ experience in a leadership role within a professional services firm. - Demonstrated experience with driving revenue within existing clients and in developing new prospects at the "C" level of Pharmaceutical and Medical Technology companies. - Characteristics of a forward thinker and self-starter that thrives on new challenges and adapts quickly to learning new knowledge. - Ability to lead a virtual team of consulting professionals across multiple projects. - A high level of motivation and self-starting attitude - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Excellent oral and written communication skills. - A strong work ethic. - A willingness to travel to meet client needs. - Executive-level presence and communication.
