Position summary The Associate runs recurring and event-driven programs that produce GLG expert content, including channel, customer, supplier and distributor checks. Using research objectives, respondent criteria and approved question sets established by a subject matter expert, the Associate identifies and screens appropriate GLG Network Members, manages outreach and participation, coordinates AI-moderated interviews, reviews completed transcripts, coordinates required compliance and editorial reviews, and carries each program through publication. A typical Associate manages several programs simultaneously, each involving multiple Network Member interviews within a defined turnaround. The work is high-volume and deadline-driven and requires sound judgment in determining which Network Members have the relevant experience and visibility for each topic. Key responsibilities Network Member identification and engagement Search GLG’s network to identify members whose role, experience, seniority, geography and industry exposure match the criteria for each program. Assess whether prospective participants have direct, relevant knowledge of the topic and prioritize outreach accordingly. Manage outreach, responses, follow-up and participation to complete each program on schedule. Confirm that selected Network Members meet established eligibility and participation requirements. Build and maintain a viable pool of qualified Network Members for recurring programs. Program execution Launch and manage assigned programs using approved workflows, question sets and production timelines. Coordinate Network Member participation in interviews, including AI-moderated sessions, and track progress through completion. Maintain accurate workflow status and flag capacity or delivery risks before they affect the production calendar. Quality review and publication Review completed interviews for question coverage, consistency, clarity and material gaps. Flag weak Network Member fit, incomplete or off-target responses, workflow failures and content requiring subject matter expert review. Coordinate required compliance and editorial reviews, address operational queries and publish approved content. Complete required classification and tagging so published content is discoverable and usable by clients. Process improvement and development Identify recurring workflow problems and recommend practical improvements to templates, instructions, screening criteria and process steps. Build familiarity with assigned sectors and investor-relevant topics through structured training, earnings materials and calibration reviews. Use AI-enabled research and moderation tools within established quality, confidentiality and compliance requirements. Required qualifications 1–4 years of experience in research operations, primary or market research, an expert network, knowledge services, consulting research, financial-services research support or a comparable analytical environment. Strong process discipline and the ability to manage several concurrent programs with distinct deadlines, participant pools and question sets. Basic business and financial literacy, including a high-level understanding of how companies generate revenue, profit and cash. Ability to understand a research objective, assess whether an individual’s experience is relevant and recognize when a response does not address the questions asked. Clear written and spoken English, sound judgment and confidence escalating quality or workflow concerns. Comfort with high-volume outreach and screening, along with the persistence to complete programs against deadlines. Consistent attention to accuracy, confidentiality and compliance requirements. Preferred qualifications Exposure to expert interviews, survey or panel operations, equity or credit research support, consulting research delivery or client-service workflows.
