Policing Supervisor (Outdoor Custodial)

## Description Provide supervision, training and support to supported workers in completing assigned commercial janitorial contract sites. This position is a working supervisor position that oversees a crew of workers with disabilities. Complete vehicle maintenance records as required. - Attend all meetings and trainings as required - Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor. **Qualifications** *Required:* - Must be at least 20 years of age. - High school diploma or G.E.D required. - Valid driver’s license (not provisional) with a clean driving record - Must have reliable transportation. - Some related maintenance experience required (i.e. custodial/landscape). *Preferred:* - Experience working with people with developmental disabilities. - Experience with outdoor work. **Knowledge, Skills and Abilities** - Excellent oral and written communication skills required. - Some computer skills necessary. - Outstanding organizational and time management skills necessary. - Must work effectively within a team environment. - Experience using cell phone applications helpful. **Working Conditions** - Must be able to lift 50 pounds, push, pull, and carry a variety of tools, equipment, and supplies.
