The salary information below is provided from this contract and is effective the first full pay period following July 1st, 2026. Per this current contract, additional raises are scheduled for the first pay period following January 1st, 2027. The starting annual pay for Police Officers residing in the City of West Allis as of July 1st, 2026, is $65,884.06 and rises in five annual increments to $99,019.54. The perimeter starting annual salary is $64,662.69 and rises in five annual increments to $97,147.44. New hires will begin at Step 1 of the pay scale. With approval of the Police Chief and the Police and Fire Commission, applicants with prior law enforcement experience may be offered a starting wage that is higher than the starting wage listed.
