Podcast Producer (Performance Contract) - Remote

**Engagement:** 1099 contractor. Per-episode + download-share. **Location:** Remote. ## A note from the founder A podcast is not an audio file. It is a relationship engine. The Wilkinson Firm is positioned to host the conversations the workforce industry is not having. CMHCs, hotels, federal contractors, MBE founders, behavioral health operators, hospitality strategy executives - the buyer set we serve is the guest set we want on air. We need a producer who can run the full operation: guest sourcing, prep briefs, recording coordination, audio polish, episode publishing, distribution, and show-notes craft. This is a performance role with a clear climb. Lower starter rates.
