We're looking for a Platform Engineer with strong technical leadership to join our team 🐶🚀, working on a strategic project for one of our banking clients. This is a Tech Lead / Staff Engineer role: someone who leads through influence and technical credibility rather than formal authority, brings sharp architectural judgment, and raises the bar for the engineering team through example, standards, and clear decision-making. This role is critical to the platform's technical direction. You'll partner closely with existing technical leads and stakeholders, challenge decisions with solid reasoning, and help the team navigate complex modernization efforts — including legacy/on-prem environments — in a demanding, high-standards financial industry setting.
