Advancing Potential. **Position Summary** LADACIN is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Physical Therapist to join our Schroth School 12-Month Program team in Ocean Township, NJ. This immediate part-time position provides physical therapy services to students ages 3-21 with developmental and multiple physical disabilities in a dynamic transdisciplinary school setting. **Key Responsibilities** - Provide physical therapy services to students with developmental and multiple physical disabilities - Implement and support student IEP goals and therapeutic objectives - Conduct ongoing assessments and maintain accurate documentation - Collaborate with transdisciplinary team members, families, and school staff - Participate in team meetings and treatment planning - Maintain compliance with all applicable professional, state, and agency standards **Required Qualifications** - Valid New Jersey Physical Therapist License required - New Jersey School Certification required - Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities preferred - Strong interpersonal and communication skills - Ability to work collaboratively in a transdisciplinary environment - Must pass required background clearances and screenings **What We Offer** - Flexible part-time schedule - $500 Sign-on Bonus - Sick time benefits - Onsite childcare available in Monmouth County - Supportive team environment - Mission-driven workplace - Opportunities for professional growth and development ## **How to Apply** Interested candidates should apply for this position via the LADACIN.org website or via Indeed. *Position open until filled.
