Here’s what they say makes us stand out: - **Embracing Diversity:** Our strength is in our diverse team from over 65 countries, fostering an inclusive and vibrant culture that values every voice. - **Growth and Opportunities:** We bolster personal and professional development, offering myriad opportunities, from on-the-job training to mentorship programs and financial support, to help you reach your full potential. - **Valuing Our Team Members:** By prioritizing team member satisfaction, we create a fulfilling work environment with competitive benefits, work-life balance, and recognition programs, ensuring our team feels appreciated and valued. **Pay rate**: $60-$65 **About the Position** Assesses, plans, organizes, and administers rehabilitative programs that improve mobility, relieve pain, increase strength, and improve or correct disabling conditions resulting from disease or injury. **Job Duties** - Provides Physical Therapy treatments to overcome specific losses of function due to disease and injury, under a Physical Therapist’s Plan of Care, and as dictated by the Commonwealth of Virginia Occupational Therapy Practice Act. - Effectively communicates to clarify the Plan of Care, relay resident’s progress with treatment, report any adverse effects of treatment, report medical decline or inability to follow through with recommended treatments, and offers suggestions to alter and progress the Plan of Care based on knowledge and experience with that particular resident. - Documents treatments/services according to the Rehab Department’s protocols and Medicare guidelines - Coordinates resident’s treatment with nursing staff, physical and speech therapists. **A Position Designed for Flexibility and Extra Earnings**!
