Program details and offerings vary by location and role. - Benefits include generous paid time off, medical, dental, vision, disability, and 401(K) with a 4% employer match. - A care model designed to support quality outcomes and efficiency. - AI clinical documentation support, built to significantly reduce after hours charting – so work stays at work. - Structured mentorship and career development. - Industry-leading continuing education through Evidence in Motion (EIM) including residency, fellowship, and board certification support. - Multiple career pathways: clinical excellence, hybrid roles, and leadership. ## Responsibilities - Applying your clinical reasoning to assess movement dysfunction and identify underlying causes through patient history and physical examination. - Collaboratively developing and adjusting evidence-based plans of care that reflect each patient’s goals, needs, and lifestyle. - Delivering skilled interventions, including therapeutic exercise, manual therapy, neuromuscular re-education, and modalities, to improve function and reduce pain. - Tracking meaningful patient outcomes and adjusting your approach based on progress and clinical presentation. - Serving as a trusted resource and advocate for your patients throughout their recovery journey. ## Qualifications - Licensed Physical Therapist (or ability to obtain licensure in the state of WA). - Passion for evidence-based, patient centered care. ## About Compensation: $82K - $115K/year + $5K Sign on bonus, inclusive of productivity incentives, with additional compensation opportunities for certifications.
