Job Title: Phlebotomists & HCAs with Phlebotomy Skills Location: Bournemouth Hourly Rate: £17.92 – £28.00 Are you an experienced Phlebotomist or HCA with strong phlebotomy skills? Enhanced Pay Rates We offer enhanced pay rates, with additional top‑up bonuses when specific clinical skills are used during appointments: £17.92 – £28.00 per appointment (rate varies based on skills used) Your clinical expertise will directly support individuals in their own homes, improving convenience, comfort, and access to essential care.
