Working closely with Payroll and Human Resources, this position helps maintain payroll accuracy, supports compliance with payroll regulations and organizational policies, and contributes to continuous process improvements that strengthen payroll operations. Advanced Excel skills and attention to detail, preferred. **This is a great opportunity for someone** who enjoys working with details, values accuracy and customer service, and thrives in a collaborative environment where their work directly supports employees and organizational success. ### Key Responsibilities - Support the accurate and timely processing of payroll by reviewing timesheets and resolving discrepancies. - Coordinate payroll activities including deductions, garnishments, levies, tax-related processes, and additional compensation items. - Partner with Human Resources to ensure employee, compensation, and benefits information is accurate and up to date. - Assist with payroll audits and maintain documentation to support compliance with organizational policies and regulatory requirements. - Respond to employee payroll questions with professionalism, accuracy, and excellent customer service. - Help identify opportunities to improve payroll processes and operational efficiency. - Maintain compliance with payroll policies, regulations, and best practices. ### Requirements, Skills, Knowledge and Expertise - High School/GED required - Must be proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook, as required for the role **You'll be a great fit for this role if you:** - Enjoy working with numbers, details, and processes that require a high level of accuracy. - Take pride in delivering exceptional customer service and building positive working relationships. - Communicate professionally and maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive information. - Are organized, dependable, and able to manage multiple priorities while meeting deadlines. - Embrace collaboration and look for opportunities to improve processes and enhance efficiency. - Value being part of a mission-driven organization dedicated to strengthening the health and well-being of the communities it serves.
