We also provide parts and service, as well as rental equipment, and training services. Due to our continued growth, we are looking for a **Parts Warehouse Specialist** to join our team. If you are ready for an exciting and rewarding career path at Stribling Equipment with opportunities for training and unlimited earning potential and growth, then this is the ideal opportunity for you! **Primary Duties and Responsibilities:** - Processing internal parts orders - Ordering parts from John Deere and other approved vendors when necessary - Ensure internal and external customers receive the correct parts in a timely manner - Providing follow-up and escalation of back orders when necessary - Communicate freight charges and status of shipments - Use of dealership equipment, forklifts, and other resources safely - Proactive approach to inventory control by reporting discrepancies - Shipping, receiving, and stocking parts as needed daily - Maintaining a clean and organized warehouse environment - At least two years of experience working in a heavy equipment parts department - High School Diploma or equivalency - Valid driver’s license required - Proficient with computers and software systems such as Microsoft Office Suite and other web-based programs and applications - No experience required, but past employment in parts and/or a warehouse or distribution center is an advantage - Ability to lift weights up to 65 pounds; may be repetitive over the course of scheduled shift Benefits: - Great Compensation Opportunities - Medical | Dental | Vision Insurance - Company paid Short and Long Term Disability Insurance - In-House Training - 401(k) Retirement Plan - Advancement Opportunities Stribling Equipment promotes a safe and drug-free workplace.
