Learn more about our [benefits](https://hrportal.ehr.com/applied/). **Key Responsibilities** **Project & Program Management** - Define clear project and program objectives, including scope, outcomes, milestones, and success criteria. - Drive completion of preliminary activities such as feasibility/viability studies to ensure strong execution in later phases. - Ensure all assigned projects are delivered in alignment with product/process specifications, budget targets, resource plans, and timelines. **Execution & Performance Management** - Monitor and control project cost, schedule, and resource utilization to meet predetermined goals. - Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies to maintain project momentum and ensure timely completion. - Optimize material and financial resource utilization to maximize efficiency and ROI. **Documentation & Compliance** - Ensure all phases of project, program, and process development are properly documented. - Facilitate cross-functional communication by reporting, disseminating, and transferring critical information as needed. - Maintain compliance with company policies on engineering documentation, lab notebooks, intellectual property, confidentiality, and safety standards. **Cross-Functional Collaboration** - Work effectively with cross-functional teams to enhance productivity and drive program success. - Align stakeholders across engineering, operations, supply chain, and service teams to meet project objectives. **Inventory & Service Parts Planning** - Drive service parts availability to support installed base performance and customer uptime requirements. - Balance inventory levels to meet service-level targets while minimizing excess, aging, and obsolescence. - Collaborate with supply chain and service teams to ensure efficient planning, forecasting, and replenishment strategies. **Functional Knowledge** - Demonstrates conceptual and practical expertise in own discipline and basic knowledge of related disciplines **Business Expertise** - Has knowledge of best practices and how own area integrates with others; is aware of the competition and the factors that differentiate them in the market **Leadership** - Acts as a resource for colleagues with less experience; may lead small projects with manageable risks and resource requirements **Problem Solving** - Solves complex problems; takes a new perspective on existing solutions; exercises judgment based on the analysis of multiple sources of information **Impact** - Impacts a range of customer, operational, project or service activities within own team and other related teams; works within broad guidelines and policies **Interpersonal Skills** - Explains d…
