You'll work with individuals with **autism spectrum disorder (ASD)**, **ADHD**, **sensory processing disorder, and other neurodiverse needs.** You'll foster each child's **sensory processing and integration, motor coordination, fine motor development, and independence** through: - Providing **individualized therapy** - Implementing client-centered therapeutic approaches such as **DIR/Floortime,** **Intentional Relationship Model (IRM), and reflex integration** - **Collaborating daily** with physical and speech therapists, and social workers - Documenting progress and communicating with families to support continuity of care **Compensation & Benefits** - **Competitive Hourly Rate: $36-$39/hour** - **Competitive Paid Time Off** - **Generous 401k Retirement Plan** with employer contributions #### **Schedule & Location** - **Schedule:** Part-Time Monday - Friday 3:30pm-6:30pm and/or Saturday 8am-2pm (10-28 hours/week) - **Location:** 1409 W.
