**SUMMARY** The primary function of this position is to accept payment from customers for parking services and facilitate the flow of traffic through the gate. Additionally, this position is responsible for providing outstanding customer service to our guests. **DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES** 1. Verify that all vehicles entering stadium parking lots have an event ticket. 2. Process vehicles entering stadium lots by scanning digital passes as well as printed passes. 3. When events require payment onsite for parking, cashiers shall process credit cards using parking technology. 4. For lots that do not require passes, cashiers shall use ticket scanners to count vehicles passing by the parking booths. 5. Provide direction and assistance to guests as needed. 6. Resolve customer issues with the aid of Head Cashier. 7. Maintain cleanliness of booth and surrounding area. 8. Conduct timely checks to ensure proper inventory of equipment and ensures work supplies are in issued tub. 9. Assume flagger/ VOR (vehicle occupancy rate) counter duties if no cashier positions available. 10. Special projects and assignments as business dictates **SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES** - This position has no supervisory responsibilities. **SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS** - High school diploma or equivalent. - Ability to use basic math skills and provided change to customers. - Ability to read and execute instructions. - Ability to problem solve and seek assistance when necessary. - Excellent customer service skills. - Prior experience as a cashier. - Prior experience operating a credit card machine or calculator. - Ability to effectively handle customer service issues. **PHYSICAL DEMANDS** - Ability to sit/stand for long periods of time. - Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions. **WORK ENVIRONMENT** - Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays. - Ability to work all full Stadium events. - Ability to work in inclement weather. - The noise level in the WORK ENVIRNOMENT is usually loud on event days. **CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS** - None Required **OTHER DUTIES** Please note this job description is not designed to cover or contain a comprehensive listing of activities, duties or responsibilities that are required of the employee for this job.
