The role also manages contract lifecycle processes, maintains corporate records, and partners cross-functionally with teams across the business, including compliance, growth, and external counsel. The ideal candidate brings at least five years of paralegal experience with a strong background in healthcare contracts, a thorough understanding of HIPAA, and familiarity with AKS, Stark Law, and healthcare data privacy requirements. Experience with contract management systems and a track record of process improvement are highly valued.
