TITLE: SR. SOCIAL MEDIA & COMMUNITY MANAGER Type: Full-Time, Remote Working Hours: Mondays - Fridays, 9:00am - 5:00pm PST Location: LATAM (Remote) / Central America Compensation: USD $ 2000 - 3000 (based on experience) ABOUT THE ROLE: As the Social Media & Community Manager, you will serve as the hands-on operator driving organic growth across two distinct brands: an SEC-regulated real estate investment fund and a family-focused coaching and publishing firm. Executing under the EVP’s creative direction, you will own the content calendar from strategy to daily execution—crafting platform-native reels, posts, and stories while actively nurturing and supporting both online communities. Success in this fast-paced, high-output role hinges on maximizing reach and engagement, contributing to a combined goal of 1,000+ new qualified connections per month, and establishing clear tracking to attribute investor conversions directly to your social touch-points. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES - Own social content across both brands. Own earned-media social execution — all reels and posts — under the EVP's direction; develop stories, reels, and posts for the fund brand; build and run the social launch calendar for both brands. - Drive organic growth and community. Run organic distribution and follower growth for the coaching brand; own community management across list segments — legacy clients, advisor comms, comments and DMs — with a cadence that keeps each community healthy. - Keep the content engine running. Oversee video edits, scripts, quick productions, and approvals so content ships 3× per week, pulling the video pod when needed. - Own event social. Own what gets captured at events and how, and manage Whova, LinkedIn, shout-outs, collaborations, reels, shorts, YouTube, Google reviews, Meta (Instagram and Facebook), Twitter and Tiktok. - Deliver short video by coordinating these scripts or topics with stakeholders or videographer, be on voice with clever, intelligent, older topics, no emojis. REQUIREMENTS - 5+ years running social and community for a brand or creator, with a portfolio of content you made and an account you grew. - Native fluency in current formats and platforms — IG, FB, LinkedIn, YouTube/Shorts, TikTok — and a real feel for what's working this month, not last year. - Hands-on content creation: reels, stories, short-form video, posts — you make it, you don't just schedule it. - Community management: engagement, comment and DM response, segment health, and a consistent cadence. - AI-native creator: you use AI tools to ideate, script, edit, and repurpose at volume — this is core to the role, not a bonus. - On-voice writing for two distinct brands targeted at 45-70 year olds, and strong English. - Owner's mindset: high-output, resourceful, low-ego, never goes dark on the update cadence. - Self-sufficient operator: you know what to do unprompted and learn any tool cold. - Reliable remote setup. PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS - Grew a founder, creator, or personal brand — especially in finance, coaching, a movement, or thought-leadership — directly relevant to building the two brands’' presence–one a personal brand and one a corporate brand. - Short-form video editing chops (CapCut or similar) — bridges the gap to the video pod. - Experience with event/live social capture (Meta Reels or Stories, Whova, etc.). - Built AI-assisted content systems — repurposing, scheduling, ideation pipelines. - Community-platform experience (groups, memberships, advisor communities including Reddit, Telegram, What’s App, GroupMe). - A trend-curious, fast-iterating temperament — ships, learns, ships again. #LI-NC1
