About the Role We are hiring a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to provide comprehensive, in-person care at our Culver City clinic. We welcome providers from a range of clinical backgrounds, including: Primary care providers who are interested in caring for women across their lifespan Women’s health or gynecology-focused providers Broadly trained providers who are comfortable managing both primary care and gynecologic needs Your patient mix will reflect your experience, training, and clinical strengths. Depending on your background, you may provide primary care, gynecology and reproductive healthcare, or a combination of visit types. Why Tia Protected time for documentation, care coordination, and team collaboration AI-supported documentation designed to reduce charting burden Beautiful, thoughtfully designed clinics Quarterly bonus and equity The opportunity to help shape a new model for women’s healthcare A multidisciplinary model supporting coordinated in-person and virtual care What You’ll Do Based on your experience, training, and clinical scope, you may: Provide preventive and problem-based primary care, including annual wellness visits, chronic condition management, acute concerns, health screenings, and preventive counseling Provide preventive and problem-based gynecology care, including annual exams, contraception, STI care, cervical cancer screening follow-up, pregnancy confirmation, and pregnancy-options counseling Evaluate and manage women’s health concerns such as menopause and perimenopause, PCOS, abnormal bleeding, pelvic pain, fibroids, endometriosis, fertility concerns, sexual wellness, and vaginal, vulvar, urinary, or genital symptoms Address behavioral health, sexual health, reproductive health, and other whole-person care needs within scope Perform physical examinations, specimen collection, testing, and procedures within your training, licensure, credentialing, and Tia’s clinical scope Recognize when patients need laboratory testing, imaging, specialty referral, procedural care, or a higher level of care Review results, develop care plans, communicate next steps, and coordinate follow-up Collaborate with physicians, APPs, nurses, mental health clinicians, operations, and clinical leadership Use technology, data, and clinical protocols to support high-quality, evidence-based care What You’ll Bring Requirements Active California NP or PA license Current national board certification, such as ANCC, AANP, NCC, or NCCPA Active DEA registration, or the ability to obtain one before starting 2+ years of independent outpatient clinical experience A strong clinical foundation in primary care, women’s health, gynecology, reproductive health, or a combination of these areas Strong clinical judgment and patient communication skills Commitment to inclusive, culturally responsive, trauma-informed, and patient-centered care Comfort working within a collaborative, technology-enabled care model We are especially interested in candidates with experience in one or more of the following areas: Adult or family primary care Gynecology or women’s health Reproductive or sexual health Integrated primary care and gynecology Menopause and perimenopause care Contraception and family planning Weight management or preventive health Outpatient procedures within APP scope Preferred Qualifications Family Nurse Practitioner, Adult-Gerontology Primary Care Nurse Practitioner, Women’s Health Nurse…
