This is a fantastic opportunity to join an established and well-respected organization offering tremendous career growth potential. **Job Title:** Nurse Manager II – Labor & Delivery (L&D) **Location:** Santa Clara, CA (Onsite) **Schedule:** Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM **Salary:** USD $2,39,000 – $2,51,000 / yr **Key Responsibilities:** - Oversee daily operations of the Labor & Delivery unit - Lead, mentor, and develop nursing staff - Ensure quality patient care and regulatory compliance - Collaborate with physicians and cross-functional teams - Manage staffing, resources, and budgets - Handle patient concerns and improve care delivery processes **Requirements:** - 5+ years of L&D leadership experience (ANM or Department Manager) - Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (BSN) required; MSN preferred - Active California RN License - BLS and NRP certifications required - Experience in high-volume L&D units (400+ deliveries/month) **Additional Details:** - Bonus: Up to 15% annually - Relocation: Available Would you like to know more about this opportunity?
