We are looking for a Senior QA Engineer I to join our team! You will be responsible for ensuring the quality of a suite of tools for providers, patient workflows, and diagnostic reporting. Successful candidates will be ambitious, self-driven, and organized — deeply invested in both the user experience and the real-world functionality of our products. This role is fully remote; however, we have a preference for candidates based in the Pacific Time Zone (PST) to better align with team collaboration. This role does not provide visa sponsorship. What You’ll Do Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and developers to shape quality from the ground up. Analyze and evaluate business requirements with product managers and translate them into test strategies. Create, execute, and maintain test documentation and test plans. Create and execute manual and automated testing of web applications: exploratory, functional, acceptance, regression, and UI testing. Test APIs and backend services (REST, GraphQL) for robustness and correctness. Ensure that quality issues and defects are appropriately identified, documented, prioritized, and tracked. Lead root cause analysis with developers to accelerate defect resolution. Mentor junior QA engineers and help instill best practices across the team. Be an active voice in process improvements to raise product quality and engineering performance. Integrate testing into CI/CD pipelines to enable continuous quality. Ensure web applications meet accessibility standards (WCAG/ADA) through manual and automated testing. Contribute to performance and security testing efforts where applicable.. What You’ll Bring 4+ years of professional experience in software QA. Strong knowledge of QA methodologies, tools, and processes. Experience with test design techniques and practical implementation. Strong knowledge of web technologies: HTML, CSS, client-server architecture, and APIs. Experience testing RESTful and GraphQL APIs. Awareness of accessibility standards (e.g., WCAG) and experience testing with tools like Axe, Lighthouse, or screen readers. Experience with automated testing frameworks (Selenium, Cypress, Appium, Espresso, XCUITest). Solid experience with bug tracking systems (e.g., JIRA). Strong analytical and communication skills, with proven problem-solving abilities. A collaborative mindset and a passion for delivering high-quality, user-centered products. BS degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent professional experience. Nice to Have Experience testing native mobile applications (iOS and/or Android). Familiarity with mobile app testing tools such as Xcode, Android Studio, Appium, Detox, or BrowserStack. Understanding of mobile app distribution workflows (TestFlight, Google Play Console) and CI/CD integration. Experience designing and executing accessibility test strategies to ensure inclusive user experiences. Experience contributing to performance and security testing initiatives. Experience testing healthcare applications, electronic health record (EHR) systems, or products handling sensitive health data (HIPAA, PHIPA, or similar compliance environments). Our V…
