This remote, field-based role offers the opportunity to contribute to advancements in precision medicine and patient care. ### Accountabilities: The National Accounts Market Access Director will be responsible for developing and executing market access strategies across key healthcare accounts, ensuring optimal reimbursement pathways, strong stakeholder relationships, and successful adoption of innovative products. This role requires strategic thinking, account leadership, and the ability to influence complex healthcare environments. - Serve as the primary market access account lead for major integrated delivery networks (IDNs), academic institutions, hospital systems, and large healthcare groups. - Develop and execute strategies to maintain and improve product access, coverage, coding, and payment within assigned accounts. - Build and maintain strong relationships with senior stakeholders, including health system leaders, service line executives, and C-suite decision makers. - Partner with internal teams to identify reimbursement challenges and develop solutions that support patient access. - Coordinate resolution of access and reimbursement issues with healthcare organizations, imaging centers, hospitals, and internal stakeholders. - Identify and develop business opportunities through effective positioning of products and market access strategies. - Lead market access educational initiatives and support account engagement programs when appropriate. - Conduct quarterly business reviews with large population health accounts and communicate strategic insights. - Monitor market conditions, payer policies, reimbursement trends, and healthcare access dynamics to inform business decisions. - Collaborate with commercial, marketing, sales, and market access teams to align strategies and execution. - Provide strategic insights on customer accounts, competitive landscape, and evolving market opportunities. - Support implementation of payer policies, processes, and access initiatives through cross-functional collaboration. - Participate in launch preparation and site adoption activities for new healthcare products and therapies. ## Requirements: The ideal candidate is an experienced market access professional with a strong background in biotechnology, pharmaceutical, healthcare, or related industries.
