Preferred locations are CA, AZ, or NV, with close proximity to a major airport. Directly reports to Regional Sales Director, Plant Sales Position Summary The Regional Sales Manager is responsible for achieving sales, market share, and profitability objectives for the McWane Plant & Industrial product portfolio throughout the assigned territory. Serving as the commercial leader for the Western region, this individual will drive revenue growth by developing strategic relationships with distributors, manufacturers' representatives, contractors, engineers, municipalities, and industrial end users. As a key member of a rapidly growing business, the Regional Sales Manager will identify and capitalize on market opportunities, expand project influence, strengthen channel partnerships, and execute territory strategies that accelerate growth. Success in this role requires an entrepreneurial mindset, strong business acumen, and the ability to effectively prioritize opportunities and resources across a large and diverse geography. This position requires a highly collaborative leader who can influence and align internal and external stakeholders toward common objectives. The Regional Sales Manager will work closely with operations, engineering, marketing, customer service, finance, and supply chain teams to improve customer experiences, remove barriers to growth, and support the successful execution of strategic initiatives. The ideal candidate is a self-motivated, results-oriented sales professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment, embraces change, and takes ownership of outcomes. Strong relationship-building skills, effective communication, and the ability to lead through influence are essential. This individual must be comfortable building new opportunities, developing sales channels, and driving organizational improvements that support long-term business growth.
