MIS Executive

We are seeking an MIS Executive to join our team at Digitide Solutions Limited. This role is crucial for our Delivery Assurance & Practices department, focusing on BPM and WFM. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth operations and efficient processes through effective MIS reporting and analysis. As an MIS Executive, you will play a vital role in our organization's success. Your primary responsibility will be to develop and maintain efficient MIS systems and reports, ensuring accurate and timely data collection and analysis. You will work closely with various teams to understand their needs and provide valuable insights to drive decision-making. ### Responsibilities - Develop and implement MIS strategies and systems to support business operations. - Collect, analyze, and interpret data to generate meaningful reports and dashboards. - Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their information requirements. - Ensure data accuracy and integrity by implementing robust data validation processes. - Provide timely and accurate MIS reports to management and other departments. - Identify areas for process improvement and suggest data-driven solutions. - Maintain and update existing MIS systems and reports as per business needs. - Liaise with IT teams to resolve technical issues and ensure system functionality. - Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in MIS and data analytics. ### Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. - Minimum 2 years of experience in MIS or a similar role. - Strong proficiency in SQL and database management systems. - Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. - Proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) is preferred. - Knowledge of programming languages (Python, R) is an asset. - Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Attention to detail and a results-driven approach. - Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies. ### About the Company **Digitide started with a simple vision: to transform business operations and drive growth for enterprises across the globe.** For over 20 years, we’ve been at the forefront of this mission, creating lasting impact through AI-led digital solutions, smart business processes, and deep industry expertise.
