We are actively seeking highly engaged, intentional, and service-oriented individuals for a part-time Membership Services position. The Membership Services staff will help to create a welcoming experience for members while promoting programs that encourage health and wellness within our community. **Work Schedule:** Looking for staff who are available to work during the shift times listed: - 5:00am - 10:00am - 3:00pm - 8:30pm **Purpose and Impact:** - **Practice Intentionality:** - Serve as the primary contact, creating a warm and professional environment for all members. Handle all inquiries, payments, and concerns with care. - **Drive Community Growth:** - Actively engage with current and prospective members through facility tours and interviews to promote memberships and programs. Proactively generate new prospects through consistent follow-up, tracking, and collaboration with program teams - **Exemplify Core Values:** - Uphold Honesty, Respect, and Responsibility while handling check-ins, cash management, and maintaining an organized lobby and workspace. - **Data Management & Program Support:** - Perform essential clerical tasks, manage data entry/retrieval, communicate program details, and assist with registrations.
