The job of a Front Office Coordinator is to greet, check in, check out, and schedule patients with a positive and friendly attitude. Past experience in medical or rehab clinic preferred. Ability to work in a fast and dynamic workplace.... Responsibilities - Greets and welcomes guests, visitors and patients to the medical office - Answers, screens, and directs calls to appropriate parties - Schedules patient visits and office visits based on patient needs - Performs general clerical duties such as taking payments, filing, typing, copying, scanning, faxing etc. - Other duties as assigned by manager or supervisor Required Skills - Previous experience in medical office preferred but not required. - Customer service experience. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. - Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
