Come be part of something truly meaningful, in a place that feels like home. - Able to pass pre-employment physical/TB test - Obtain fingerprint clearance as required by our licensure - Food Handlers' certification - First Aid certification - Assist Director and LVN Supervisor of AL in medication management, - Provides clerical and computer support, including reordering medications and supplies in compliance with DSS regulations. - Demonstrates proficiency in the Matrix Electronic Medical Records system and supports staff training related to medication ordering and administration. - Responds to emergency calls, assists with ADLs, and follows medication administration procedures. - Assists with meal service, monitors food intake, and ensures proper resident transfers. - Encourages resident participation in activities, reports changes in resident conditions, and assists with the admission/re-admission process. - Maintains confidentiality, follows safety protocols, and helps train new staff in the med assistant role.
