This position is ideal for someone who enjoys solving problems on the production floor, analyzing workflows, and finding practical ways to improve quality, productivity, and efficiency. ### What You'll Do - Analyze production processes and identify improvement opportunities - Conduct time studies and workflow evaluations - Support production teams by troubleshooting process issues - Develop and update work instructions and process documentation - Assist with new product launches and manufacturing readiness - Support tooling, fixture, and workstation improvements - Collect and analyze production performance data - Participate in root cause investigations and corrective actions - Work closely with Production, Quality, and Engineering teams ### Qualifications - Associate's degree, technical degree, or equivalent hands-on experience - 3-7 years of manufacturing, process improvement, or engineering technician experience - Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills - Experience in a production environment - Lean Manufacturing experience preferred - CAD experience helpful but not required
