If you're a compassionate Registered Nurse with strong leadership skills and a passion for supporting both patients and clinicians, we’d love to meet you. **Requirements & Responsibilities:** - Graduate of an accredited nursing program (Associates, Bachelors, or Masters) - Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice - 2+ years of hospice or home health clinical experience required - 2+ years of supervisory or management experience required - Oversee coordination of patient care and assign appropriate staff to each case - Support clinicians with real-time guidance, mentoring, and clinical problem-solving - Conduct case reviews, home visits, and clinical audits to ensure high-quality care - Manage hiring, training, supervision, and evaluation of clinical staff - Assist in ongoing staff education, orientation, and performance improvement efforts - Must have reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and proof of auto insurance **Benefits & Schedule:** - Schedule: Monday through Friday, full-time position with on-call responsibilities - Health, dental, vision, and life insurance - Company-paid short/long-term disability and basic life insurance - 401(k) with up to 4% company match - Tuition reimbursement and professional development opportunities - Paid time off and paid holidays
