About the Role As Manager of Learning & Development, you will design and scale programs that help employees and leaders grow, perform at their best, and build successful careers. Your work will shape a high-performance culture and drive business impact through stronger capability across the organization. Responsibilities Enterprise Learning Strategy & Function Leadership. Lead and architect the end-to-end Learning & Development function at Skillz, defining the strategy, operating model, governance, and roadmap aligned to company KPIs. Build and scale a high-performing L&D team, ensuring clarity of ownership, curriculum standards, and measurable business outcomes. Performance Acceleration & Early Career Enablement. Drive improvements in employee performance across the lifecycle, accelerating time-to-productivity and strengthening the first 90-day onboarding experience. Design and implement scalable onboarding and manager enablement interventions that measurably improve ramp speed, performance attainment, and retention.
